Job brief

We are currently seeking a motivated Car Salesperson to work with brands like NEXA TOYOTA KIA HYUNDAI MARUTI HONDA MORRIS GARAGES VOLKSWAGEN MERCEDES AUDI Etc. to join the team and contribute to the success of the organization by driving vehicle sales maintenance plans and warranties.
As a Car Salesperson your primary responsibilities will include providing detailed information to customers about our diverse range of vehicles and their features.
You will engage with customers in a facetoface setting ensuring their needs are understood and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
By building strong customer relationships and leveraging your product knowledge you will play a crucial role in maximizing vehicle and service plan sales for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintain a customer database and communicate with them to assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
  • Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on the CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targetsAssist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Car Salesperson or similar role.
  • Professional appearance friendly manner and positive attitude.
  • Ability to be competitive while maintaining the client s best interests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation expertise.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Car Salesperson.
