Tasks

Bonita HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse you will play a vital
role in providing quality care to our patients in the comfort of their
own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to
ensure that patients receive personalized effective and safe care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor record and report changes in patients condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes treatment options and selfcare techniques
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in acute care or nursing home environment
• Experience administering injections and performing gastric lavage
• Familiarity with health coaching and esthetic laser treatments
• Knowledge of infant care and dermal fillers is a plus
• Strong patient assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
