Its a great moment for us we plan to expand in Colombia and for this we are looking for our Regional VPColombia. In this position you will be responsible for generating the companys business in the Colombian territory and leading the acceleration of the food market of tomorrow in the region.

Tasks

Job mission: To consolidate and foster the development and expansion of Eatable Adventures business in Colombia. This will be achieved through the identification of new opportunities in the field of innovation consulting as well as in the areas of incubation and acceleration.

  • Responsible for representing the company in the territory and ensure the proper functioning of the local structure.
  • Identify and execute effective strategies for growth with a focus on acquiring and retaining clients.
  • Collaborate in creating an ambitious and strategic business plan aligned with the Clevel.
  • Build strong relationships with clients (existing and potential) understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Handle relevant negotiations with key clients business partners and other stakeholders in the local market.
  • Collaborate in the successful delivery of projects ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customize proposals in collaboration with the consulting team emphasizing strategic and innovative value.
  • Stay updated on trends and competition in the territory analyzing the local market to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate the performance of the companys business strategies and adjust as necessary.
  • Develop and execute commercial and expansion strategies in the local market.
  • Manage and lead the local team ensuring efficient coordination and motivation.
  • Supervise and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and goal fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws aligned with the HR Area and providers.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and running of local acceleration programs.
  • Actively represent the company in local events conferences and relevant activities in the country.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in food innovation or consultancy services.
  • At least 5 years in business development in the food and/or agro tech sector with a proven track record.
  • Focus on results.
  • Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • C1 Level in English spoken and written.
