Our client is a leader in providing highquality components for various industries including food and beverage pharmaceuticals and more. To grow the organization and strengthen its presence in the assigned countries within the region our client wants to recruit a:

Regional Sales Manager

(Based in Singapore)

ORGANIZATION : You will report to the Business Leader and be in charge of driving the sales management and market expansion initiatives for the company s product range across the assigned countries in the APAC region. You will work closely with an international team. There are no direct reports for this position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales Management: Grow the sales of client s diverse product range by promoting and selling the company products nurturing and broadening current customer relationships and forging new connections and sales avenues in the food and beverage industry across APAC region.

Account management and marketing: Build and develop established relationships with key customers in the region. Lead all business development and marketing activities to achieve sustainable growth. Additionally you will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to drive product awareness and customer engagement.

Documentation: Assist in creating quotations for products and services visit customer locations for onsite surveys prepare costestimates budget offers negotiate offers and ensure clarity in commercial and technical details. Document visits and manage customer data in the company CRM system.

Budgets and Coordination Collaborate with the line manager to prepare yearly sales plans and manage financial plans for the assigned sales area. Participate in events to showcase products and provide training not limited to the assigned region. Monitor market trends competitors and conduct presentations to showcase products to customers.


Requirements

YOUR PROFILE :

Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Industrial Chemical or any relevant food processing technology field.

You have a strong and successful sales experience of over 7 years in the food and beverages industry preferably selling components like heat exchangers pumps or valves.

Highlevel knowledge in process engineering software systems fluid dynamics and heat transfer is a nice to have.

You are passionate about processing industry have a strong commercial mindset and ability to understand and explore customer needs.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company with customers vendors and other organizations.

You are structured well organized and process oriented. Able to multitask plan and prioritize your work in an efficient way.

You believe that internally teamwork and externally client satisfaction and relationship are keys to success.

You enjoy travelling and are open to visit prospects and clients in the APAC region.
