Were looking for experienced Regional Operations Directors to join our growing Grounds Maintenance team.

We create maintain and sustain external environments for clients across the UK.

Job Purpose

Your new role as Regional Operations Director with Ground Control will be to lead the high quality delivery of our Grounds Maintenance external services to clients in your region.

Your focus will be to build sustainable operational delivery with the capacity to add revenue as opportunities arise.

Experienced in leading a team at a regional level youll naturally build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders professionally resolving operational challenges and building a high performing team.

Youll have strong EQ be agile accountable energised by innovation and comfortable with change.

Youll be organised a quick thinker and someone who enjoys getting the job done.

As a P&L holder and member of the Grounds Maintenance SLT youll be great with numbers and even greater with people.
