Job Description

Job Summary: A Regional Cluster Sales Head typically oversees a companys sales operations in a specific geographic region. This role will be reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
  • Lead motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior level preferably in the same industry specific to CENTRAL LUZON region/area.
  2. Must have an active strong sales network of brokers & agents
  3. Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  6. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
