Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our TA team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in recruitment processes. The HR Recruitment Specialist will work closely with our experienced TA team gaining handson experience in Talent Acquisition candidate management and other aspects of the HR (Recruitment) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
2. Participate in resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
3. Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
4. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing a positive and professional experience.
5. Help maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
6. Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Assist in generating recruitmentrelated reports and metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with strong organisational skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
