We at HR Tactics are currently hiring an HR Associate for the Pune Location.
HR Tactics is a 3 years OLD company and currently helping startups midsize and small established organizations/companies with their various HRrelated practices.
Said position is for a client at HR Tactics however the Selected candidate will work on HR Tactics payroll and needs to work from the clients office. The selected candidate will learn and gain practical experience working on recruitment HR operations and employee engagement projects.

Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of our Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process. Besides you should also be able to assist existing employees with any of their queries.
As an HR Associate you should be able to contact and communicate with potential candidates by phone or email. Moreover you should also be able to crosscheck candidate details and gather all important documents. Furthermore you should ensure that you abide by the legal guidelines at all times.

Qualification: MBA/ BBA/diploma in HR
Job location: Pashan Pune
Responsibilities
Contacting and communicating with potential candidates
Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
Creating maintaining and updating potential candidates and employee records
Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities
Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents
Ensuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other details
Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information
Coordinating daytoday activities with the HR Manager
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Having an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly motivated and reliable individual
Displaying a welcoming personality
