Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Psychology Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Proven successful placements track record
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• 360 Recruitment cycle
• Source and recruit candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
