Youre approachable openminded and have a sharp business sense. You know exactly the profile that were looking for and understand how vital it is to hire the perfect match. Our recruitment team consists of 35 colleagues split in four main domains (Technology Strategy & Analytics Supply Chain & Operations and Business). In this role youll have fun filling diverse roles within the Business domain. Youll work with crosscountry hiring teams e.g. Commercial Customer HR Finance etc. You love to prioritize organize and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each applicant.

What youll do

• Find and hire exceptional talent together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
• Lead the endtoend recruiting process from CV screening to final negotiation and give ultrasharp assessments of skills and a candidates potential fit for Picnic
• Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
• Develop innovative strategies to find new talent

About you

• Bachelors degree
• 1 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fastpaced international environment
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Stellar writing speaking and listening skills in English (any other languages are a plus)
• A passion for people recruitment and creating a great candidate experience
• A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition
