Records Management Clerk (Insurance)

We are currently looking for a Records Management Clerk for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $21.
8month contract with the possibility of extension.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:40 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Organize client files by sorting them into categories for destruction legal hold and imaging.
Scan the categorized documents and accurately upload them into Salesforce verifying the completeness of data.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail to properly segment and prepare all documents for offsite storage.
Organize documents systematically and logically for easy retrieval while adhering to the companys records retention rules.

What you will need to succeed:

13 years of experience in a related role.
Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness in handling critical information.
Excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain a systematic and logical filing system.
Proficiency in using scanning equipment and uploading data into Salesforce or similar software.
Proficient in basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors providing updates on work status and collaborating on objectives.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs/22.7 kg and stand for extended periods.
Possession of an insurance or mutual fund license is considered advantageous.
Experience in sales operations process management or documentation management is desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce is considered advantageous.
