Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and create a friendly atmosphere.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
Remind clients of upcoming appointments.
Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services.
Handle client concerns with professionalism.
Perform general tasks like filing data entry and managing inventory.
Process payments and handle financial transactions.
Answer phones respond to emails and assist walkin clients.
Prioritize tasks for smooth clinic operations.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Promote additional services or products when appropriate.
Work with beauty practitioners and support staff for effective communication.
Keep the reception area clean organized and wellstocked.
Stay informed about beauty trends treatments and products.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and clinic policies.
Join company marketing and social events.
Adapt to changes and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
2 years experience in receptionist customer service or related roles.
Basic English skills able to chat and converse
Positive and outgoing personality.
Presentable appearance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer software including scheduling systems.
Knowledge of beauty industry terminology is a plus.
Ability to handle highpressure situations with professionalism.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Team player with multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with beauty products and trends.
Commitment to health and safety standards.
