Overview

The Real Estate Sales role is a vital position within our organization responsible for driving property sales and fostering strong client relationships. This role plays a key part in the growth and success of the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential properties for sale
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their property needs
  • Advising clients on market conditions pricing and mortgages
  • Crafting and presenting offers to potential buyers or sellers
  • Negotiating prices and terms of sales
  • Coordinating property closings
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Keeping uptodate with real estate market trends
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Networking to develop new business opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting sales contracts
  • Conducting property viewings and open houses
  • Assisting clients with property inspections
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or related field
  • Real estate license and/or certification
  • Proven track record in real estate sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in property management software
  • Exceptional client service and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Driven selfmotivated and resultsoriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards
