Job Description: Sales Executive (Residential and Commercial Properties)

Location: Dum Dum Kolkata

Position Type: Fulltime

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales

Gender Preference: Female

Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
   
2. Present promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
   
3. Understand clients needs and offer suitable property solutions.
   
4. Provide guidance and assist clients in property purchase decisions.
   
5. Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
   
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
   
7. Keep abreast of market trends property values and competitor activities.
   
8. Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
   

Requirements:
