Job Description

  • He follows up and inspects the properties expropriated by the bank in Palestine to ensure their safety and the extent of their need for maintenance, and coordinates with the Real Estate Department / General Administration on the needs of these properties.
  • Coordinates with the departments and branches to complete the deficiencies of transactions related to the real estate portfolio of the Palestine region, through the available means of communication.
  • It issues all the documents required for real estate expropriated in Palestine, including registration bonds, land plans, and special demarcation plans through the land departments or municipalities.
  • He reviews the competent authorities to pay any dues or subscriptions resulting from telecommunications, water and electricity services for real estate owned by the bank in Palestine, as well as follows up on the payment of the value of building and ceiling taxes on real estate owned by the bank.
