In the role of a Real Estate Agent with Property listing responsibilities you will play a central and versatile role in our sales team. You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new property listings for sale. This creates a dynamic and varied workday with a fast pace. You will have significant responsibility for structuring your work and there are ample opportunities for personal development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creatively and enthusiastically identifying buyers and showcasing properties.
• Contacting property owners who have expressed interest in selling.
• Visiting properties that are for sale and conducting valuations.
• Building longterm customer relationships.

Who are we looking for

To succeed in the role of a Real Estate Agent with Property listing responsibilities we see that you:

• Enjoy creating longterm customer relationships and are accustomed to fastpaced work.
• Have the ability to take initiative and thrive in independent work while also offering creative solutions.
• Have previous sales experience especially in outbound sales.
• Possess a valid drivers license and excellent driving skills.
• Have excellent language skills in both English and Swedish both spoken and written. Additional language skills especially in Spanish are a plus.
