Overview:
The role of a ReactJS Developer is crucial in our organization as they play a key part in developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. They contribute to the overall architecture of the application and ensure high performance and responsiveness. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless user experience and driving the success of our web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
- Build efficient and reusable frontend systems and abstractions.
- Implement and maintain state management with Redux.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Establish and implement best practices and standards for frontend development.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Integrate frontend with backend services and APIs.
- Identify and resolve performance and maintenance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in frontend development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and address technical debt.
- Collaborate with designers to implement clean and elegant user experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. Immutable.js).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience in agile methodologies and software development practices.
- Solid understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with serverside and fullstack development using Node.js is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for writing clean efficient and maintainable code.
