Embark on an exciting journey as a RALLY Production Support Engineer where youll be responsible for crafting impeccably functional code ensuring optimal performance and promptly responding to requests all while adhering to Agile Methodology. Youll leverage your comprehensive understanding of business use cases to devise strategic solutions collaborating closely with stakeholders to address realtime challenges and meet client expectations.

Your responsibilities:

• Utilize Rally and 3rdparty applications and coordination with globally distributed tech team tosolve techbased apps issues.
• Responsible for following the internal processes to the T
• Document the transition internally to the geographically distributed team
• Responsible forresolving tickets within SLA
• Reporting to leads outside of the local region and participate in preparing/presenting status reports
• Responsible for programming conducting code reviews and testing softwares as needed ensuring quality of deliverables
• Assistance in documentation KEDB Recovery & Resolution procedures.
• Analyzing business functions and data discrepancies
• Execute various forms of testing unit system regression integration performance volume.
• Participation in scaling the team by training others on RALLY & RDB

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters in engineering or mathematics is preferred
• Handson experience in RALLY RDB on VAX/VMS or OpenVMS environments
• Experience in code management and versioning methodologies
  
• Deep knowledge of advanced troubleshooting & scripting skills (Debugging & scripting skills required)
• Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported
  
• Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support Development Projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
• Required to havesuperior customer service mindset and ability to multitask
• Oncall responsibility on a rotation basis is required
