As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a vital role in delivering precise cost advice to clients encompassing the preparation of estimates and cost plans throughout various design stages such as Schematic Design Development and Contract Documentation. Your responsibilities will extend to the tender stage where your expertise will contribute to the accuracy and reliability of project cost assessments.

• Relevant Quantity Surveying Construction Management Building Engineering degree or equivalent
  
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
  
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator on building projects
  
• Experience working in a projectbased or deadlinedriven environment
  
• Experience in using appropriate software and technology like MS Office Buildsoft Cost X Planswift or Blue Beam
  
• Experience working in the precontract phase with professional quantity surveying consultancies
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Providing accurate cost advice to clients including preparation of estimates / cost plans during design (Schematic Design Development and Contract Documentation Stages) or tender stage
  
• Completion of complex trade and elemental takeoff
  
• Preparation and pricing of Bill of Quantities
  
• Quantification and pricing for variations
  
• Tender review evaluation and recommendations for award
