Quality technician

1 - Follow up the daily production according to the internal and external specifications and record the results in the daily report.
2- Receiving shipments of production requirements (raw materials - brass teeth - cardboard of all kinds - bags - gaskets -...etc.) and making an inspection report thereof.
3- Preparing the necessary samples for the quality store.
4- Follow-up of the packaging department (cocks - welding products with a thread -...etc.)
5- Examination of returns, if any.
6- Conducting the necessary tests on the daily production (pressure - shock - thermal reflux....etc) and recording their results in the daily report.
7- Receiving shipments of valves (burial - ball - angle -... etc.)
8- Preparing the necessary samples for customers.
9- Make a monthly report on the efficiency of the machines and send it to the Quality Manager for review
