POSITIONQUALITY MANAGER
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN PULSES GRAINS LENTILS etc.
In process monitoring of pulses spice flour grains etc. For quality analysis processing steps to ensure the high quality finished good materials
Monitoring the compliance at its packing to ensure accurate labeling/coding for ideal packaging. Make sure it will meet the benchmarking SOP s listed
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Ensure adherence to Food safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
Handle Quality Audit
Assist in existing Quality Control procedures/SOPs for primary processing of Food products including but not limited to Pulses Food grains Spices etc.
Checking and ensuring Inward Raw Material Quality & Processed Material Quality as per the quality specifications on a day to day basis.
Coordinate with the Operations team to identify process correction to eliminate deviation from quality standards.
Inspect final output and review for compliance.
Approve the right products or reject defectives.
Keep accurate documentation.
Must involved in regulatory affairs.
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures for QA.
Inspection all the incoming raw and unprocessed pulses (RM) for the quality benchmark
parameters

CTC 4.5 5 LPA
