- Examine the product and ensure that it meets the required standards.
- Develop plans and methods for testing products to ensure their quality.
- Previewing problems and errors in products, finding out the causes and finding solutions.
- Send reports of all problems encountered by the products to the upper management.
- Professional training and providing necessary alerts to employees to maintain quality.
- Improving and developing the work of the quality department to raise the level of quality in the company.
