- Bachelors degree (or higher) in either Metallurgy Foundry or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 15 years of relevant job experience.
- Proven competence related to 8D APQP and Six Sigma.
- Proven keen awareness of foundry processes and process vulnerabilities specific knowledge related to nodular cast iron is preferred.
- Be familiar with ISO9001 auditor certificate preferred.
- Solid interpersonal communication analytic skills and resultdriven way of working.
- Good communication (written and verbal) in English and Tamil.
- Professional knowledge related to destructive and nondestructive testing methods.
- Proven People Management skills.
- Working experience and/or knowledge from the Wind Industry
- Intercultural working experience.
- Experience from working with Vendors and Customers.
