Quality Manager

Job Description:As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our quality management systems to deliver exceptional products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight: Develop implement and maintain a robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Quality Control Processes: Establish and oversee quality control processes to monitor product/service quality throughout the entire lifecycle from development to delivery.
3. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes reduce defects and enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards and specifications identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements evaluate supplier performance and address quality issues to ensure the highest standards of raw materials and components.
6. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
7. Customer Feedback and Resolution: Monitor customer feedback and complaints investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering quality management or related field; relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma ASQ) preferred.
• 3 years of progressive experience in quality management roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with quality management software systems is a plus.
