Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles practices and methodologies.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections tests and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues analyze causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to upholding high standards of quality integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers and find out if they ve received their package.
Work closely with the logistics team and follow up with deliveries and all issues concerning delivery.
Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or production specifications to appropriate personnel for corrective action.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product quality and reliability.
Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control procedures regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolve every customer complains regarding their orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues related to product quality or satisfaction particularly with dresses
