Requirements

• High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus.
  

• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles preferably in the fashion industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles practices and methodologies.
  

• Excellent customer service skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections tests and data analysis.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues analyze causes and implement effective solutions.
  

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively.
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  

• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers and find out if they ve received their package.
  

• Work closely with the logistics team and follow up with deliveries and all issues concerning delivery.
  

• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or production specifications to appropriate personnel for corrective action.
  

• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product quality and reliability.
  

• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control procedures regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  

• Resolve every customer complains regarding their orders.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues related to product quality or satisfaction particularly with dresses
