This established commercial building contractor operate across the D.C. Metro working alongside clients in the hospitality public commercial office and light industrial market sectors delivering new buildings valued between $50M and $200M.

They are now looking to appoint a Quality Control Manager to the project team initially working on an $85M project in Northern Virginia.

As QCM you will take charge and manage all Quality Control functions as it relates to this publicly funded project working closely with the project delivery team to identify track resolve and document QC related items.

You will have gained a minimum of five years experience working in a Quality Control capacity on commercial or civil construction projects valued in excess of $50M.
