Project Manager

Description: We at M and amp;W ENGINEERS AND CONSTRUCTORS are on the lookout for a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our companys database. You will cooperate with employees as well as our customers to gather information.

The ideal candidate will be wellversed in using computers a rapid typist and detailoriented. Also the candidate should be familiar with data confidentiality principles.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data into databases and update existing records. and nbsp;

Prepare spreadsheets with figures in large numbers without making errors.

Ensure data integrity by exercising routine data quality checks.

Organize and maintain files paper and digital to support data accuracy.

Work with your team members to verify and correct data discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and security of data at all times.

Help in data migration projects.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in data entry or related roles is a plus.

Fast typing skills are required. Familiarity with the touch typing system is highly preferred.

Strong command of writing and speaking in English.

Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

Proficiency in using data entry software (MS Word Excel etc.) and tools.

Fundamental knowledge of databases.
