Quality Control Engineer

Job Description:

• Review the Assembly drawings and ensure that the drawings are controlled and the last revisions of it are only used.
• Making of the various documentation reports (Material Receiving Report, Dimension Report, Visual Report, Release for Painting Report, Release for Shipping Report, Daily QC Productivity Report, Non-Conformity Report NCR & Painting Report).
• Carrying out the fit-up inspection (Dimension & Visual).
• Carrying out final inspection after complete welds.
• Making inspection of paintings application.
• Receiving of materials (Steel, Stainless Steel, Sheet Metal .. etc.).
• Full understanding of clients requirements according to applicable codes and standards.
• Well-known of Welding Symbols.
• Well known of Welding Methods and how to witness a Welders Test
• Making the reports according to the international standards in our industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering
• Experience in a relevant position from 1 to 3 years
• Physically knows how to inspect.
• Able to work with computer programs for documentation.
• Qualified inspector in using codes and standards, Learning English well, computer programs.
