The Quality Manager at PCX will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support for the Quality Assurance departments in two manufacturing facilities, as well as directing the day to day activities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Facilitate annual surveillance audits, as well as customer quality audits
Maintain and ensure organizational processes and procedures are accurate
Conduct both internal and external supplier audits
Coordinate Quality Control inspections
Conduct project FMEAs and interface with customers regarding warranty claims
Frequently interact with customers, supplies and company associates
Required Education & Qualifications:
5+ years of Quality Management experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing Quality environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good understanding of electrical power and electrical distribution systems
Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and specifications
Must be conversant and experienced with U.L., ETL and the ability to interpret the NEC
Good understanding of OSHA requirements including hazardous materials
Good organizational skills
Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
Experience with BIM360 preferred, not required
