Quality Assurance Engineer SA India

This is a remote position.

At SecuritEase we offer a suite of broking banking wealth management and technology modules supporting stratified company and department configurations for trading clearing settlement margin lending custody investment and advice businesses. We design and develop automations for capital market lifecycle functions including EOIs capital raising order management corporate actions clearing settlement and custody management all integrated with a multicurrency enabled general ledger and treasury management capability. Our systems connect to market infrastructures and global custodians via all major messaging and interface protocols and we power leading wealth management businesses across distribution channels.

Role Description

This is a fulltime remote role for a Quality Assurance Engineer. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for test execution quality assurance manual testing and creating test cases for software testing. The QE will be responsible for automating End 2 End flows given by Business Analysis and Product Owners and work with developers to enhance unit and component tests.

SecuriEase is a internal group of companies with head office in Wellington New Zealand as such successful candidates will be working with team members across the globe (currently SA United Kindom Europe India Australia New Zealand).

• Software Testing skills
  
• Knowledge of industry standard tools and methodologies
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
  
• Certifications in Quality Assurance and Software Testing are a plus
  
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience working with UI and API automation using a variety to technologies. Preference will be given to those that have experience in Java and Java script using tools such as playwright and RestAssured frameworks. Further knowledge into the following technologies and implementation for automation there of is required:
