Quality Analyst

Ensures compliance with all QC requirements and provides leadership to drive continuous improvements in product quality.

Understand the importance of product safety legality authenticity and quality.

Flags issues with superiors

Tests products at specific stages in the production process raw materials packaging materials and finished products for a variety of quality specifications(Physiochemical Microbiological and Sensory) for adherence to desired specifications.

Records test data analyses and applies statistical quality control procedures.

Monitors all outputs for quality compliance including the disposition/managing of the nonconforming product.

Performs Housekeeping / GMP inspections every during the shift.

Assists in the investigation of customer complaints.

Conducts testing and assists the production department in achieving good quality and overall production goals.

Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within the limits of equipment capability.

Maintains communication with the Production Supervisor or Production Technicians on the status of testing and releasing of finished goods control of specification of products status of production line and other general quality information.

Performs unscheduled or additional sampling and evaluation of results when required.

Provide quality training to other employees.

Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
