Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Quality Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and

performance across our products/services. You will be responsible for analyzing evaluating and

monitoring various processes to identify areas for improvement ensuring that our deliverables meet

the established quality benchmarks. Your attention to detail analytical mindset and strong

communication skills will be key in providing valuable insights to enhance our operational efficiency

and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive quality assessments on products services and operational

processes to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer interactions including calls chats and

emails to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Develop and implement quality control measures standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand quality requirements identify root

causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with industry regulations internal policies and

external standards.

Generate detailed reports and present findings to management highlighting trends areas of

improvement and potential risks.

Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members to promote continuous

improvement and ensure a consistent level of quality in service delivery.

Work closely with the training department to design and deliver qualityfocused training

programs for employees to maintain highquality performance.

Participate in calibration sessions with other quality team members to ensure consistency in

evaluation methodologies.

Stay updated with industry trends quality standards and best practices to incorporate

innovative approaches into the quality assurance process.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role Strong

understanding of quality assurance methodologies processes and tools.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail.

Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement techniques.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficient in using quality monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Should be minimum Graduate.

Candidate can be from any company.
