Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented Quality Analyst with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should have experience in call audit training feedback and related areas. The role requires a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years experience in quality assurance or training within the BPO or relevant industries. The selected candidate will be working 6 days a week.
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months and maximum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or training in the BPO or relevant industries
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
