Our customer
__For an international company based in the Principality of Liechtenstein, we are looking for a Quality Academy Manager 50%, from September first or October first 2022, until the end of September 2023.

Stellenbeschreibung
Responsibility
Ensure Tranings along group strategy and to polish functional expertise (provided by external Experts or internal Line Mgr)
Organize online training courses incl. illustration by using video and photo material
Ongoing maintenance on FUSE (internal Learning management system LMS) to announce new trainings and to adapt content
Define set up from Q-training offers and their necessary registration
Communicatiion
Ensuring communication within the Q community about training, news and special activities and events
Organizing regularly experience experience exchange workshops and Quality Oscar event ( live or remotely)
Profile
University deree in business administration, HR, adult education or similar
English, German is a plus but not mandatory
High learning agility, organisazional skills
Interest in new media
Interest to develop required business understanding of quality
Good communication skills with regard to cooperate interculturally and ongoing cooperation with different Head of Quality
