Job Description:

Develop implement and manage robust quality control systems for manufacturing operations.

Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals ensuring a high level of competence and motivation.

Conduct regular inspections tests and audits to uphold product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with production R&D and engineering teams to identify and implement process enhancements.

Investigate and address root causes of quality issues implementing corrective and preventive actions through 8D methodology.

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and generate comprehensive reports for management.

Liaise and coordinate QC function for incoming inprocess & supplier end inspection activities.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and customer specifications.

Foster strong relationships with suppliers ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in a manufacturing and assembly environment and exposure to electro mechanical products is preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control methodologies and statistical tools.

Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality management systems.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Analytical mindset and proficiency in data interpretation for informed decisionmaking.

Experience in root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective actions through 8D methodology.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly across crossfunctional teams.

Detailoriented with a commitment to upholding and improving product quality standards.
