Qatar - Onsite - Security Policy Training Specialist

• Develop review and enhance security policies standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement policies that align with business needs.

• Design develop and deliver comprehensive security awareness and training programs for employees at all levels.
• Utilize various formats including elearning modules workshops and simulations.

• Communicate security policies and procedures to all relevant stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding of expectations.
• Collaborate with management to enforce policy compliance and address any deviations.

• Plan and execute security awareness campaigns to keep employees informed about the latest security threats and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of awareness initiatives.

• Conduct regular training sessions on incident response procedures ensuring employees are prepared to respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.

• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security policies and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to address any findings and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that security policies align with the technical security controls in place.
• Provide input into the development and implementation of security technologies.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Security Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 56 years of experience in developing and implementing security policies and training programs.
• Certifications such as CISSP CISM or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements industry standards and best practices.
