We are seeking a motivated and dedicated candidate to join our Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC) team. As a QA/QC Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services through rigorous testing inspection and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures.
Participate in the inspection and testing of raw materials components and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Learn and apply various testing methods techniques and equipment to identify defects deviations or nonconformities.
Document and report test results deviations and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering and R&D to address qualityrelated concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes by suggesting innovative ideas and processes enhancements.
Assist in the preparation and review of quality documentation including standard operating procedures work instructions and quality manuals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a Mechanical Engineering.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of quality control concepts methodologies and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions from senior team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
Any relevant internships coursework or certifications in QA/QC are a plus.
