QA QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer should be a GoGetter with main focus on handling projects with safety and quality
must be good in reading and understanding diagrams and execute the projects on time and with quality
up to client satisfaction.
Design develop and implement best quality practices and processes for. Research study
compile and prepare material on quality control activities processes and procedures. .
Should be well experienced in Electrical & Instrumentation Projects like Installation Testing &
Commissioning.
Executes the specific inspections on materials equipment and construction/installation
activities on site. Issues the relevant Quality Records and when necessary writes and sends to
QC Supervisor nonconformances reports. Checks cable laying and cable identification.
Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and
quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of
materials.
Manage lifting of all equipment and handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials and
perform quality audits as per required schedule.
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyse all processes to
ensure all work according to quality requirements.
Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and
monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective
actions for all processes.
Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence
to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity precise knowledge of all aspects of
engineering construction relating to Civil Electrical and Structural discipline interfacing the
multidisciplinary processes.
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates calibration
test results inspection requests noncompliance reports and site instruction/observations
permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
Coordinate with the Consultants representative and Site Incharge for Inspection.
Shall have knowledge of EIL/Jacobs/Toyo/ThyssenKrupp related project requirement at site.
