QA Automation Intern

• Collaborate with the HireOn team to source and recruit qualified candidates for the QA Automation Intern position.
• Work closely with the QA team to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers to understand the architecture of our software applications and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using industrystandard automation tools and frameworks.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects inconsistencies and performance issues.
• Assist in the identification and prioritization of bugs and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in team meetings discussions and code reviews to contribute to the overall improvement of our software development process.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and automation to continuously improve our testing practices.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium Cypress).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environments.
• Prior experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) is a plus.
