Python Integration Developer DevOps

The ideal candidate will specialize in developing and implementing automation strategies to streamline our business processes through API integrations workflow automation and other automation tools. This role requires a deep understanding of MSP operations including help desk engineering and management processes as well as expertise in software development and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Okta Workflows Zapier Rewst Jinja and Postman.

Implement and manage integrations across various systems including NinjaRMM HaloPSA Liongard Slack Crowdstrike and Pax8.

Work closely with IT and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.

Maintain documentation for automation processes and provide training to staff as needed.

Ensure security best practices are integrated into all automation projects.

• It is a work from home position for candidates based in Pakistan.
  
• Extensive experience in MSP/MSSP environments with handson roles in help desk engineering and management.
  
• Proficiency in Rewst Jinja (Python) automation and experience with other automation tools.
  
• Strong background in software development DevOps GitOps automation and CI/CD.
  
• Experience with Okta or similar SSO systems required.
  
• Familiarity with NinjaRMM HaloPSA Liongard Slack Crowdstrike and Pax8.
