Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Python applications and services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
Optimize and refactor existing codebase to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues, providing timely resolutions and fixes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to projects as appropriate. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python software development.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of its core principles.
Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex software systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and individually with minimal supervision. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
