About the role:
Actively seeking talented Data Scientists & Analysts proficient in Python to join our ambitious team dedicated to pushing the frontiers of AI technology. This opportunity is tailored for professionals who thrive on developing innovative solutions and aspire to be at the forefront of AI advancements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop robust Python code to address intricate challenges leveraging business acumen and analytical capabilities to extract actionable insights from publicly available databases.
- Collaborate closely with researchers ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Articulate the rationale and logic behind code implementations in Jupyter notebooks or other suitable mediums fostering transparency and understanding.
- Identify and rectify code bugs while maintaining comprehensive documentation to facilitate ease of understanding and future maintenance.
- Harness extensive data analysis expertise to tackle significant business inquiries using diverse datasets such as those sourced from Kaggle the UN or US government repositories.
- Engage effectively with researchers to grasp their requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of handson experience as a data scientist demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- 2 years of practical experience in data analysis coupled with a strong passion for making substantial contributions to the field of artificial intelligence.
- Proficient in Python programming with at least 2 years of practical application.
- Demonstrated aptitude in data analytics and a keen business acumen necessary for deriving actionable insights from datasets responding effectively and articulating key findings clearly.
- Outstanding problemsolving abilities and analytical skills capable of tackling complex challenges efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders and researchers.
- Fluency in conversational and written English facilitating seamless communication and collaboration in a diverse team environment.
Evaluation and Interview process:

1.3. Multiple choice questions coding challenges (will be recorded)

What does a typical work day look like This varies from project to project and thus customer to customer:
A. Starting the day with a meeting with a project lead. Define the goals and objectives for the day.
B. Working on your tasks throughout the day to achieve the goals defined.
C. Youll have sync up calls with your lead on a need basis to unblock you and make sure you are on track to achieve the goals and for them to give you feedback on the quality of the work.
D. EOD sync to share the progress update.
