- Coordination, follow-up and communication with the persons assigned to communicate with them in the parent companies in all follow-ups today related to the supply and production operations, the implementation of the procurement procedures accurately, and ensuring that the documents required for the procurement process are completed and preserved in an appropriate and correct manner
- Preparing and preparing all expectations of the needs of the different items that it supplies.
- Preparing and equipping all warehouse needs in coordination with the concerned parties, and working on preparing them in coordination with the direct manager
