- Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or psychology.
- He/she has at least three years of experience in work related areas of counseling and psychosocial supervision.
- He/she has the ability and willingness to individually and collectively supervise the psychologists working under his/her supervision.
- He/she has basic administrative skills that enable him/her to follow up on the financial and administrative affairs related to the rehabilitation program staff in Jerusalem.
