ProxyInitiative Owner / Digital Project Manager Digital Banking
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Responsible for the project governance
Leading initiative boards or steering committees
Coordinating the NAC process (new activity committee)
Roadmap management
Project monitoring and reporting
Risk and issue management
Capacity planning and resource management
Budget management
Requirements
Language :
The candidate needs to be fluent in French English and Dutch
EXPERIENCE :
MANDATORY
Digital Banking experience
Business Analysis experience
Soft skills :
Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) strategic thinking
Strong communicator diplomatic and customeroriented
Strong coordination skills
Commercial awareness and customeroriented
Proactive
Team spirit
Management skills and the ability to motivate people
Structured approach
Goaloriented
- Experience working as Cybersecurity engineer - Experience in vulnerability remediation - Knowledge of a vulnerability scanning solution such as Qualys - Good communication skills - Complete proficiency in English - Graduated with a master s degree in IT or similar - Be a team player Nice to have: - Experience in using reporting solution like PowerBI - Knowledge of network, OS windows and/or Linux
