Property Management Administrators

This is a remote position.

• Ensure that Yardi and other databases of record are accurate and up to date including annual audits of all resident records.
  
• Processing of moveout tasks in Yardi & Drive
  
• Respond to Resident concerns and requests for information as assigned.
  
• Prepare companyapproved notices to be posted at properties.
  
• Ensure tracking and completion of new Resident Manager training.
  
• Track triage monitor and assist in resolving Complaints and Notices of Violations with the
  
• Department of Building Inspections (DBI) to ensure timely abatement with guidance from RPM.
  
• Responsible for calculating negotiating and issuing resident rent credits.
  
• Assist with document preparation for settlement conferences and other legal proceedings as needed.
  
• Assist with quarterly reporting requirements and monthly financial review process.
  
• Assist in the preparation of lenderrequired questionnaires and other reporting requirements.
  
• Coordinate property tours: Scheduling routes notifications inspections and access.
  
• Coordinate Town Hall Meetings and attend as needed
  
• Maintain current certifications and Service Agreements at properties
  
• Communicate with Regional Property Managers regarding operational issues proposals work orders Resident Managers etc.
  
• Process check requests and Resident Manager reimbursements
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 1AM9AM
