Projects Head

Power Bridge Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Head to lead the planning execution and delivery of AV IT and Network Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crossfunctional teams to implement innovative solutions that integrate audiovisual systems IT services and network infrastructure seamlessly. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and exceed client expectations in quality and performance. This role demands a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of AV IT and Network Infrastructure projects from concept through to completion ensuring cohesive integration of technologies and services.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables focusing on creating tailored solutions that meet specific operational needs.
Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgets aligning resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
Manage crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration between AV specialists IT professionals and network engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Oversee the design and implementation of AV systems IT services and network infrastructure ensuring projects adhere to technical specifications standards and best practices.
Conduct risk management planning identification and mitigation to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Ensure quality control throughout project phases from initial design to final implementation maintaining high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updates on progress challenges and outcomes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes to ensure Power Bridge Systems Pvt. Ltd. remains at the forefront of AV IT and network solutions.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field with specific certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) AV (e.g. AVIXA CTS) and network infrastructure (e.g. CCNA CCNP) highly regarded.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects with a focus on AV IT and network infrastructure demonstrating successful outcomes in a similar role.
Strong technical foundation in audiovisual systems IT services and network infrastructure design implementation and troubleshooting.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams towards achieving project objectives.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills capable.
