Job Title: Project / Program Manager Automated Product Release

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead our Automated Product Release program within the Medical Device segment. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the deployment of Automated Product Release to our clients San Lorenzo manufacturing site in 2024 with future expansion to 30 sites across the Medical Device segment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the clients Quality Compliance and Labs (QCL) team driving the upgrade and transformation of critical GxP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of Automated Product Release at the San Lorenzo manufacturing site ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the clients team to define project requirements milestones and success criteria.
• Utilize masterylevel MS Project experience to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Assist in the establishment and management of HighPerformance Teams (HPT) Product Squads for system development within an Agile SDLC environment.
• Support and drive adoption alongside the TPO in relation to automated and integrated approaches.
• Manage typical project/program management tasks such as progress reporting stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.
• Drive the adoption of automated and integrated approaches for product release activities aligned with endtoend quality processes.
• Champion the importance of integrated E2E data emphasizing the benefits of reducing errors accelerating timetomarket and enhancing the customer experience.
• Define success metrics and track progress towards the implementation of digital and automation solutions to minimize manual nonvalueadded work in product release activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry with experience in deploying GxP systems.
• Masterylevel proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
• Demonstrated familiarity with JIRA and Confluence as well
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and meeting facilitation.
