Job Summary:

Be part of our clients team as a Project Support Administrator supporting system implementation projects for clients in the Staffing Recruitment Labour Hire and Healthcare industries. Your role involves providing project support services working closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Employment type: Full time
Shift: Dayshift 7AM to 4PM
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP50000 to 70000

Responsibilities:

Planning:

  • Participate in the continual enhancement of the nuuco delivery process.
  • Plan key weekly activities and deliverables.
  • Prepare crucial inputs for relevant deliverables and ensure your responsibilities are met.
  • Support the Project Manager to achieve key project milestones.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering on time and within budget.

Day to Day:

  • Establish new projects in JIRA loading Epics and Issues from prepared spreadsheets based on project scope.
  • Administer JIRA as required managing backlog building filters/dashboards handling user management creating issues overseeing project creation and ensuring project closure.
  • Utilize JIRA to Roll Over sprints every two weeks including initiating new sprints.
  • Use Google Sheets (Microsoft Excel) to administer project budget vs. actuals tracking logged work time in JIRA.
  • Prepare project status reports (Google Slides) based on inputs from the Project Manager and Head of Delivery.
  • Book project meetings and workshops coordinating with various stakeholders on availabilities.
  • Support the Sales process by preparing necessary project artifacts (e.g. Google Drive folders project templates new JIRA projects new JIRA users key milestone calendar entries new project control sheets etc.).
  • Utilize Confluence to document and edit business processes and systems supporting this role and operational procedures for nuuco.

Operational:

  • Submit at least 40 hours of time into JIRA every week by 5 pm on Friday.
  • Maintain adequate communication with the Head of Delivery Project Manager CEO and other relevant client stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with JIRA and Confluence updates and any potentially useful plugins.
  • Perform relevant selflearning and upskilling as required to meet the needs of the role.

Qualifications Needed:
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in a similar role supporting IT project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JIRA for the delivery of IT implementation projects in an agile environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with managing project action lists and chasing up responsible individuals to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team.
  • Handson project and/or management consulting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for the completion of all required tasks.
  • Confidence and ability to take initiative to drive outcomes.
