We are looking for two Project Specialists to join the team at our valued client a logistics and transportation company based in Ireland.
This new team is ideal for those with a background in startup functions. As a Project Specialist you will be instrumental in establishing and enhancing a new Project Management Office (PMO) within the Global Logistics Operation function focusing on the expansion and improvement of our clients global transportation network.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects as a workstream leader configuring the Transport Management Platform (TMP) for global hub setups and carriers alongside relevant IT infrastructure enhancements.
- Oversee all project phases from requirements gathering to support handover including the development of project plans goals budgets and risk management.
- Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of requests for proposals and necessary meetings.
- Organise and manage project communications including training sessions for effective use of the Transport Management System (TMS) and Ticket System.

Requirements
- All candidates must be based in Ireland.
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years experience in IT/Logistics Project Management.
- Specialisation in logistics and Transportation Management Platform (TMP) and Ticket System.
- Proficient in waterfall or agile methodologies Lean Six Sigma and successful project delivery.
- Highly organised autonomous with multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
- Strong documentation skills for PM processes and knowhow transfer.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers project teams and executive stakeholders.
- Problemsolving skills adaptability to multicultural globally dispersed teams and matrix organisation.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 50%.
- Valid passport and driving licence.

- SelfManagement: Acts independently reliable diligent determined and responsible.
- Enthusiasm: Selfmotivated and energetic in the role.
- Teamwork: Comfortable contributing as part of a collaborative team.
